The flat is first floor, with spacious sitting room (including fold down double sofa), and is centrally located - a ten minute walk to Queen's Park, five minutes to the Level, ten minutes to London road shops/supermarkets, and 15 minutes to the station. The area is very friendly, picturesque, and boasts some of the best pubs in Brighton.
All the stuff in the flat will be available for your use, including tv, dvd, kitchen appliances, etc.
The let is for one month (until the 13th of November) but it may be possible to extend this slightly if necessary.
