This well established Tour Operator based in the Crawley area is looking for an experienced reservations consultant to join their successful team. Our client specialises in bespoke tailor-made holidays to long haul destinations and prides themselves on the level of service they offer.

Role of Reservations Consultant:

Dealing with booking bespoke tailor-made reservations for customers over the phone
Dealing with reservations for tailor-made itineraries long haul destinations
Using a Reservations CRS system
Providing destination advice to clients upon request to help them with their reservation
Providing a high level of customer service
Working towards weekly and monthly targets in a sales environment

Necessary reservations experience:

-Experience of bespoke tailor-made reservations within a tour operator
-Excellent knowledge of long haul destinations gained by relevant travel experience
-A passion to deal with bespoke tailor-made reservations
-Excellent customer service experience
-• Ensuring a high level of knowledge on all countries is maintained at all times in order to efficiently sell wedding packages.

This is a great opportunity to utilise your experience working within a well established tour operator earning lots of commission.

you are required to work shifts and the pay will be £14,000 + commission
