The room has a feature fireplace and is in excellent decorative order. Currently unfurnished, though we will buy furniture for the room ready for move in date... i.e. wardrobe, chest drawers, bedside cabinet, single bed, (double on request on viewing).


The flat comprises of 2 large bedrooms, large kitchen / lounge, large bathroom with shower and bath. We are a young gay couple (25 + 21) and have a cat. Looking for a quiet person (one person!) ideally someone who is clean and tidy!

Rent is payable in advance and we will accept weekly payment. However first month must be paid on day of moving in for security.
