Hi there everyone. We have two rooms available, one on the ground floor, and the other upstairs. The downstairs room 's larger, the upstairs one smaller, and so there is a difference in rent between the two: the smaller room is cheaper at £325, and the larger stands at £347 p.c.m. The larger room is available straight away and the smaller in January. Both are furnished and have an internet connection and a phone line. We're looking for people who are either over 22 or are postgrad students, male or female. The house isn't a party house but it is a sociable one, laid back but also homely, so we are looking for people who can respect the way things are, and help keep things clean and tidy. We're two 30 year olds, one of whom, Aaron, is a student at Sussex. I've just finished an undergrad degree at Sussex and am working for the moment, until I move out in January. There is a large kitchen and sitting room area, and a small garden out back. The house is situated midway between town and the universities. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Alex.
