My cat Peter, who I adopted from a rescue shelter 2 years ago, has recently left home twice as he does not get on with my other, more dominant, female cat.

I found him after 5 weeks hanging out in a pub near to where I live, brought him home, only to have him disappear again a few days later after much growling and spitting every time he was in the same room as my other cat. The pub are currently feeding him whilst I try and find Peter a new home.

He is very friendly and loves lots of strokes (and kisses on his head!) but is not a lap cat. He is used to having dogs in his home environment and is fine with children, but doesn't seem to be able to live with other cats.

If anyone, who doesn't already own cats would like to adopt Peter please give me a call and I can arrange to collect him from the pub or take you there to meet him.
