Microsoft Excel Administrations Executive
Our client currently seek an Administrations Executive with excellent Microsoft Excel skills to join their growing team.
Key duties will involve data entry and data transfer in Excel spreadsheets, checking accuracy of data entry against payroll processes, preparing weekly and monthly reports for clients and providing support to other business sites and functions including Human Resources and Operations as and if needed.
The successful candidate therefore must be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
- PC literacy particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to liaise with
internal stakeholders at any level
- Previous payroll experience
The successful candidate will work Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm and will be paid 16k-17k per annum depending upon experience.
