We have a new exiting position for a Home Manager in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. You will be looking after a residential home with 20 service users. If you have NVQ 4 and at least 2 years experience in a management role, this may be the opportunity for you. You will be managing all aspects of the home in order to achieve all business objectives as a Registered Manager.

You should have strong analytical skills, a sound understanding of the regulatory framework and must be financially aware, with good budget management skills. You need to have a minimum of 5 years experience in
Social care . You will need to demonstrate a systematical and methodical approach, and an ability to communicate effectively.
