I am a 45 year old male with extensive experience in care provision for people with a learning difficulty and physical disabilities. I have also sepecialised in Behaviour Management Co-ordination. Due to the recent closure of the home I was managing, I am now looking to further my career in this field or related areas. I am keen to work with all age groups and have good up-to-date training. Ex-Social Services manager with experience in multi-disciplinary working, care planning, safeguarding etc. NVQ 4 HSC. Recent CQC co-ordinated Enhanced CRB Disclosure.
