Female looking for life by the sea......

I am hoping to move to Brighton next year
The details aren't exact yet, so I don't know if my partner is going to be coming with me.
I have an 11 month old well trained puppy so I need somewhere animal friendly
I'm either looking for somewhere I can share for a while, and look for a more permanent fixture, or a house to rent.
I know this is a little vague but I am only just starting to decide exactly what I am going to do! My current lease isn't up until April, but depending whether my partner chooses to continue living there I may be able to move out before then
