Ady has been practicing yoga for 16 years
and is trained, qualified, and insured to teach Hatha Yoga.

He teaches a friendly, informal, intuitive style with attention to detail and clear instructions, based on traditional and contemporary explorations of Yoga postures.

Influenced by Iyengar, Scaravelli and Unity Hatha Yoga.

Sessions can be taught in Brighton or Hove at Angel House, or in your own home/workplace.
