only been here 2yrs so all decorated 7th floor.new bathroom suite and shower, new combi boiler and radiators loaaaads of storage space 2 walk in cuds inside and a secure lookup on ground floor. i get the sun on my balcony every morn im facing the hosp and marina. the only reason I'm moving is i have a 17yr old and me and my husband now have a new addition to the family he"s 10 months and as you can imagine they are to different to share a room it is not appropriate they have different needs. if i had an extra room i wouldn't dream of moving 2 mins to queens park and school,2 mins to beach,st Jame's street and amazing bus links I LOVE THIS PLACE. but have to think of my kids, so if u can help great! need 3 bed house or flat must have outside space as i smoke outside only all areas considered except moulsecoomb
