Food for Friends are looking for a talented experienced chef with patience, an eye for detail and exceptional managing people skills. Pastry interest and experience is preferred but not essential.

You will need to be able to work well under pressure, have excellent organisational and communication skills. We are looking for someone with exceptional food hygiene and health and safety knowledge. You will have excellent culinary skills, a strong knowledge of modern and international food trends, and a flair for presentation. You will need to bring a love of food and ideally a knowledge or interest of vegetarian and special dietary requirements.

You will have 706 1 & 2, equivalent NVQ’s and ideally NVQ level 3, or exceptional practical experience, a basic food hygiene certificate and excellent references.
