An exciting opportunity working in a large, well established fine dining restaurant in central Brighton. Preparing and cooking a wide range of imaginative and innovative cuisine (global fusion), using the finest fresh ingredients. The highest standards of presentation are required.
NVQ Level One, Two and Three or City & Guilds equivalent are required, together with Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Previous experience in Michelin Star standard restaurant is preferable.
