Pelham House is a unique hotel and restaurant, in Lewes, East Sussex, combining contemporary design in a classic Georgian townhouse.

We are looking for a strong, enthusiastic, hard-worker with high all-round standards to work as a breakfast chef in our busy hotel/restaurant. Our food is made from the freshest ingredients sourced from the surrounding farms and producers.

Our chefs are dedicated, consistent and precise with a demonstrable love of working with fresh produce. As we are a busy restaurant, they are quick and energetic, and their creative drive is actively encouraged. We are looking for solid references to back-up good experience.

You must be able to prove that you are eligible to work in the UK. You must have a very good understanding and ability to speak English and be ready to start as soon as possible. The role is approximately 40 hours per week with 2 days off.
