What will I be doing?
[The Leisure Assistant is responsible for all daily operational duties within the Livingwell Club. As part of your job, you will deal with membership enquiries, assist hotel guests in their exercise, help members achieve their long-term health and fitness goals, supervise the swimming pool and maintain the club as a clean and safe environment. Key to the role is offering members/guests an exceptional customer service experience at all times.

You will also be responsible for manning the reception desk, taking payments, updating the membership database and some basic office administration.

What are we looking for?
Ability to work a variety of shifts including earlies, lates, weekends and evenings and split shifts
Advanced or Native English spoken English
Experience of working in a customer service environment or previous experience of working within a Health Club or the Leisure Industry would be essential
NVQ Level 2 certifcation would be desirable
Lifegurad trained
An industry related fitness qualification would be desirable
Confident using a PC
Right to work in the UK or Ireland
