Must:
- be private landlord
- location with no waiting list for residents parking permit.
- have gas fired central heating and hot water.
- between £500 and £600 a month

We have deposit and one months rent. Can provide references on request.

If you are a landlord currently looking to update your property; I am an experienced plumber and gas fitter and would be happy to discuss fitting new bathroom and/or central heating system. You buy materials and we come to agreement over the first month or twos rent.
