An opportunity has arisen to work in central Brighton as a Mechanical Team Leader. You will responsible for the overall team providing a wide range of maintenance and support services to the entire building.
 
The core sectors of these services being; Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Refrigeration and Lifts, therefore experience in these disciplines is essential. Experience in the breakdown of gases and pressured air systems would also be a desirable skill.
 
With the leadership duties of this role you will need to have extensive communications skills, the means to build strong rapports with both colleagues and external consultants. You will also need to pro-actively plan, schedule, supervise and monitor the teams activities, looking at ways to maximise their performance.
 
Essential Skills and Qualifications Required

- Mechanical Services; heating, air conditioning, plumbing & refrigeration.
- Qualified at HNC level.
- Managed/Led teams in relation to building services.
- Ability to work in complex, fast moving and high pressure environments.
