Lovely double sunny south facing room with views over Woodingdean down to the sea. The room includes a double bed, a tv with freeview, plenty of storage space and nicely decorated . There is a bathroom just across the landing with a bath and a power shower.The rest of the house is nicely decorated with a large lounge (with large flat screen tv and cable) ,a sun lounge ,both face south .There is wifi thoughout the house .The rent includes all bills except a small charge for use of washing machine and tumble dryer.It also includes breakfast and a home cooked evening meal .We are on the local bus route into brighton (approx25 mins) We are a gay couple with another lodger (who is straight) and we have been rentig out the rooms for the past four years The rent is for a single let but we would consider a couple
