Head Receptionist Luxury 4 Hotel
STRONG HEAD RECEPTIONIST - STUNNING HOTEL AND RESORT
Our client is a contemporary 4* luxury hotel, leisure resort and wedding venue set acres of picturesque countryside, easily accessible from the surrounding areas of Gatwick, Brighton and Lewes. The hotel boasts over 100 luxury rooms, an award winning restaurants and extensive leisure and conferencing and meeting facilities.
You will be responsible for the overall running of the reception operation, managing the in house computer system including setting up of packages and room rates, dealing with group folios and invoicing, statistical information and analysis, preparation of staff rotas, timesheets, training of front office staff, dealing with reservations and room service, maintaining high standards, liaising with other head of department and ensuring an open line of communication at all times and ensuring the efficient and effective running of the reception department and reacting to guests needs in a professional manner.
To apply for this position you will be a true front of house professional, articulate and able to communicate at all levels. You will also have a upbeat and welcoming nature combined with a minimum of 1 years experience in reception management gained in a 3* or 4* operation where you have managed and successful team. You will also be competent in all areas of the job description including experience of using Property Management System possibly Fidelio or Opera.
Our client can offer a competitive basic of between £19'000 - £22'000 depending on experience, a thriving and vibrant working environment and the opportunity to head up an exiting team, further opportunities within the organisation and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
