Working on behalf of a local authority based in Eastbourne.

You must have a broad knowledge of ICT technologies, ideally in a finance setting and a good knowledge of business systems analysis techniques. Applicant will be expected to manage financial assessment and provide contract systems in relation to reporting, problem solving, technical evaluation testing bug fixes and system upgrades.

You will need extensive experience of managing staff work programs and projects in a ICT environment.
