Enable older people to live as independently as possible in the Community



To provide a Scheme Managers  Service which supplements but does not take the place of the support and expertise provided by tenants, families, by Doctors and other health professionals



Facilitate the establishment of a safe and secure Environment



Ensure help is available when needed

 

Provide support and personal contact

 

Assist tenants to access services

 

Promote the physical and emotional well-being of tenants

 

Encourage social interaction between residents, use of Scheme amenities, participation in activities and formation of social committees

 

Encourage tenant participation and the setting up of Residents Associations, to enable tenants to make choices about issues which affect them

 

Effectively run and manage the Scheme and cover other schemes as and when requested by the Supported Housing Co-ordinator
