I am recently a single mum that currently lives in a 3 bed semi-detached house in portslade and am looking to swop with someone to be closer to my family . My house is a new build, only 2 years old. I have wide doorways and hallway with a small front garden and medium size backgarden. I also have 2 toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs. I have a gas cooker, own parking, decorated in neutral colours in a family orientated neighbourhood with the downs only seconds away. However, the garden does need a little tlc. This house has been lovely to live in for the past 2 years however my situaion has changed and I now need to be closer to my familys home.
