A vacancy has arisen at a busy Brighton seafront hotel for an experienced chef. The successful canditate will work as part of a team , and closely with our head chef in the day to day running of the kitchens.
As the hotel also caters for weddings and parties , a background / previous experience in Banquet catering would be desirable.
