Customer Service Advisors Start 5th October
The Domestic and General Contact Centre in the heart of Brighton City Centre continues to expand. To help support our exciting growth plans we need more customer service professionals to join the team and we could have a desk with your name on it!
As Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with incoming customer complaints and queries with the aim of providing a fast and efficient resolution. Working in a busy and fast paced environment it will be vital to keep your cool, listen, empathise and go that extra mile to make sure your customers go away satisfied.
To be a great Customer Service Advisor you will have solid background in dealing with customer enquiries. Exceptional communication skills are of course essential together with genuine desire to help.
In return for your commitment, we will reward you with:
-£12,194 plus commission and bonus (OTE c£17,000)

Full time hours: Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm – 35 hour week
