Single room to rent in a friendly, quiet, shared house near Preston Circus and Preston Park, with 3 others, one male and two female. Price is 275 per calender month excluding bills, which are approx. £60 a month. Room is part-furnished, 10' x 12' with a three-quarter sized bed (i.e. between a single and a double) and storage space for clothes etc. We are a non-smoking house and we have wireless broadband and a small yard, good sized living room and kitchen areas. We're looking for someone who plans to stay for at least a year. Available now, pending checks by our landlord.
