We have a large double room available for rent at £250 pcm with a deposit of £200.
It’s a nice, large house on Upper Lewes Road with spacious living room, modern fitted kitchen and a patio. Just off Lewes Road, so easy access to bus routes and short walk to The Level.
We’re a mixed group of early 20’s, easy going and very friendly. A Barber, a Writer and a Post-Grad Student. Also a young turtle named Wendy, but she lives in her box and is no trouble.
