Commis Chef Great Career Opportunity
Superior 4* Hotel based in West Sussex with extensive conference and banqueting facility and an exquisite fine dining restaurant require a Commis Chef.
This is a great opportunity to work with fresh locally produced ingredients in an environment where your career in nurtured and you are encouraged to progress in you career under the guidance of a highly experienced Head Chef.
You will be working in the main kitchen and will be assisting the team to produce food to the highest standard for the functions and the 1 Rosette restaurant. Other duties will include mis en place, managing a clean work area, observing all health, safety and hygiene rules, keeping wastage to a minimum and to maintain relevant records.
Candidates wishing to apply for this position will be passionate about food Possibly you will have recently completed a NVQ 1, 2 and possibly 3 in Catering and Hospitality combined with practical; kitchen experience.
Our client can offer a basic of £12'500 + Overtime + Tips realistic £15'000 package, a fantastic working environment, on going training and development plus career opportunities within the company.
