Our client is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work in a prestigious country pub just outside Brighton. The post is for 25 hours per week, over 3 days.

You will be working in a busy kitchen within a team of 4 and will need to display flair, creativity and professionalism in all tasks. In return, you will become part of a strong, friendly kitchen team, working to high company standards. The role will involve assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring that food preparation, production and service are all carried out to the highest standard in accordance with food hygiene regulations.

You must hold Basic Food Hygiene and Basic Health and Safety Certificates, together with relevant NVQ or City and Guilds qualification.
