i have a spacious first floor 2bed flat located 5mins from the hospital,kemptown, st james street and queenspark and 10 mins away from town centre it is at the bottom of queensway by craven care home joining on to sutherland road it is in a block of just 6 flats with no other properties either side it has 2 bedrooms that have built in wardrobes,a good size bathroom and kitchen. i have a large frontroom that is 21ft - 10'8 that could be made into a 3rd bedroom that i would be happy to do if needed the frontroom leads out on to a balcony that over looks the surruonding green, there is also a porch and also the gas central heating is only a few years old there is a new fuse board that is only a few months old. we have done alot of work to flat and are still doing odd jobs. the neighbours are nice, a doctor and elderly couple above,a elderly gentleman next door and two familes below. there is also a shed for the property.
i am looking for a large 2bed to 3bed house due to an extra addition and would also like a garden for my 8yr old and for the baby to grow up with. any area considerd in brighton or hove and just outside and also any condition. i can e-mail pics
