Wanted strong Sous Chef for a two rosette restaurant in Lewes.

The 60 cover high street restaurant serves modern British food and is well know in the local area for the high quality of the ingredients which are sourced locally where possible. They are looking for someone to help the head chef in the running of the kitchen and be able to cover for him when he away or off and help develop the business and progress it to the next level.

You will be hard working and have excellent experiences preferably in rosetted establishments. You will have experience at Sous level and be able help the head chef and have knowledge of setting GP’s and cost control. You will be hard working and have very high standards.
