As a member of the supervision team, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that we continue to meet standards of quality, through extensive monitoring of interviewers.
• Ensuring that targets on your project are met through consistent encouragement, motivation and feedback to the interviewers
• Ensuring managers are updated daily on specific interviewer performance.
• Ensuring that you have a clear understanding of all projects assigned to you and are able to address any interviewer queries.
• Ensuring that you meet deadlines and adhere to budget
• Liaising with Team Leaders daily with progress on your project
• Keeping job files up to date with all relevant job information and briefing notes.
• Adequately preparing for your projects daily to ensure they are ready for field, including sample management, job allocation and briefing of interviewers.


Candidates must:

• Have solid PC skills with proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Be flexible and adaptable

Native-level proficiency in another language such as German, French, Dutch, Spanish or Italian would be preferred but not essential.
