A Coaching and Advice Officer is required to join a public sector team based within central Brighton.

Key to this role is to deliver coaching for line managers in order to heighten their awareness and choices surrounding HR and Personnel management. Involving and ensuring a new style approach to Coaching and Advice.

The right candidate will have an up to date understanding of employment legislation, knowledge of Advising HR, good IT skills and a strong awareness of different business needs.

Pay rate between £12.50 to £15 per hour.
