Looking for someone to share this lovely place 50 m from the sea

It's a small double room in an old cottage near the King Alfred centre in Hove.

Its a furnished place, really cosy - nice for winter.

Sharing with me - 31 yr old female and my 4 yr old labrador, who is very friendly but a useless guard dog. Looking for a flatmate I'll get on with. I want home to be a peaceful, friendly, relaxing place. Im into exercise, dance, meals out, exploring brighton, gardening, all things spiritual.

(Please no all day couch potatoes/all night party animals and preferably no smokers)
