London to Brighton House Swap Wanted
Considering a move from London to Brighton and wanted to spend a decent amount of time there via a house swap before making the plunge.
We love our house. It's a 2 bedroom Freehold Mid-Terrace property in Wapping E1W 3QU. Wapping is in Docklands and a stone's throw away from Tower Bridge and the house is near the Thames. It has 2 gardens (small but outdoor space IS outdoor space) and a really large conservatory too. Built in 1980 and with great transport links (Shadwell DLR). It's on a cul de sac and there's a real sense of community that we've enjoyed here for 9 years.
An outdoor parking place is available in a private car park for the estate.
Recently, we've been spending a lot of time in Brighton and would love to try before we buy. We're incredibly flexible regarding the swap time. A minimum of a week and a maximum of whatever we agree upon (6 months - a year).
We'd like to be anywhere in Brighton, Hove (Actually) or Kemptown. A 2 bedroom flat or 2+ bedroom house would be fine. Just seeking a place with a good vibe for we can feel at home and, more importantly, get a feel for the area as residents.
Hoping to find the right people to turn this into a reality.
