Sous Chef 4 star deluxe hotel - West Sussex - 25k - ASAP

Hotel facilities include 120 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, one 2 Rosettes, Bar, Spa, Ballroom, Conference and Banqueting. Looking for a strong Sous Chef to work alongside the highly experienced and talented Executive Head Chef and to assist him in the continued development of our Food and Beverage outlets and to drive the delivery of first class food throughout the hotel, building the reputation of the Hotel and Spa.

The successful applicant should come from a similar background and match the below role criteria: The Sous Chef will have previous 4 or 5 star hotel experience
Must have minimum two rosette experience Standards driven and the passion and desire to achieve further accolades
Be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene, health and safety
Be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are consistently achieved
Must have a passion for the industry and the ability to cope under pressure

Salary
