Sous Chef Contract Catering Fresh Food
Our client is a small but well respected contract catering company that pride themselves on the quality of their service and food they provide that has recently won a contract in the Crawley area and area looking for a Sous Chef to head up the provision of top quality Fine Dining and Hospitality.
As a Sous Chef your main responsibilities will be for all hospitality and fine dining lunches plus training and development of junior chefs, further duties will include working on all other sections during quieter times.
The ideal candidate will have both contract catering and fine dining experience at Sous Chef level however candidates with either experience will be considered. A real passion for working with fresh produce, creative flair, ability to plan fine dining and hospitality menus, a stable career history and excellent references are required for this role.
This is a great opportunity for a to work great hours Monday to Friday and still produce great food whilst working for an organisation at the forefront of their game.
Our client can offer a basic salary of between £20'000 - £22'000 which is very much dependant on experience, 28 days holiday including bank holidays
