We are seeking high-calibre applicants for challenging positions in our telephone fundraising team. Previous experience of fundraising or charity work is an advantage; a mature and professional telephone manner is essential. Full training is given, with many opportunities for development and promotion. We encourage applicants with a wide range of experience, from all walks of life and all age groups.

Hours are flexible, full or part time, but you must commit to a minimum of 21 hours per week, with some evening and/or Saturday work. Starting salary is £9.11 per hour for all successful applicants. Other benefits include 20 days’ paid holiday per year, in addition to which bank holidays are also paid days off.

We have our own in-house recruitment team (themselves experienced fundraisers) who will be pleased to answer any questions you may have. Our interviews are one-to-one; no mass recruitment days. It’s you as an individual we’re interested in. And we don’t use recruitment agencies: successful applicants are employed directly by us from day one.
