We are currently looking for a full time telephonist to join our Reception team.
The main purpose of the role will be to answer all incoming calls to our switchboard, both internally and externally, as well as undertaking administration duties for the Reception team. During peak times, the applicant will be asked to support the Reception team with the check in and check out of our guests.
The successful applicant will be able to communicate quickly and efficiently, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a polite and professional manner; and ideally will have experience of working within a similar switchboard or Reception role. In addition, the successful applicant will have strong IT and administrative skills, have an excellent telephone manner and be organised and methodical in their approach to work.
