Essential = Good knowledge of computers including word and excel. Must be quick using computers

Essential = Good telephone manner. Must be polite on the telephone

Essential = Must be able to multi-task.

Desirable = Ideally to have an understanding of different therapies and classes, although full training will be given

Desirable = Ideally to have an understanding of cashing up and z-reports although full training will be given

Starting Pay will be £12000 per annum or pro rata for less hours
