What is the Hotel Like?

What will I be doing?
The Conference & Events (C & E) Sales Department is responsible for maximising all available revenues for the hotel through driving sales activity in order to maximise hotel usage both within the conference facilities and in the sale of rooms.

As Sales Executive / Sales Co-ordinator you will be given hands-on development within a busy Sales Department and will be directly responsible for:

Identifying new contacts and developing sales leads
Responding to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue
Ensuring enquiries are converted into confirmed business and opportunities to up-sell are takenProduce quotations and written confirmation to all clients
Checking customer satisfaction and resolving any outstanding issues to ensure future business


What are we looking for?
Someone with:

Proven Sales experience, preferably within a hotel / leisure environment
Strong influencing and communication skills
An expert ability to ‘close’ a sale
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
