My client is the leading global provider of outsourced testing, translation, and development services to the games and interactive entertainment industries. They are an approved Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo QA test partner and work with all the major names in the console, PC, handheld and mobile games industry.

They are looking to recruit Games Testers, ideally those who can speak one or more of the following languages:
Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, French, Greek, Dutch, Arabic, Chinese, German, Swedish, Danish, Polish, Norwegian, Spanish.

IT IS ESSENTIAL YOU HAVE EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

We are currently offering an exciting opportunity to use your language skills in the Games Industry. If successful in your application, you will be required to play through video games whilst proof-reading the text on screen, reporting linguistic mistakes and providing corrections. A good standard of spoken and written English is essential.

Selected applicants will be asked to attend an interview in our offices in Brighton, including a simple proof-reading test so we can assess your suitability for the position.

Key Duties

Day to day execution of assigned projects, including testing, linguistic review, translation and production of test reports as required by the QA Coordinator team.

Ensuring all project deliverables comply with company and client quality standards as defined by the Quality Standards Manager.

Assist in the logging and storage of testing hardware.

Application of company software logging policy.
