Rent is £375 per month which includes bills (except phone calls)

Converted Victorian terrace first and second floor maisonette which is spacious and comfortable. Situated behind Preston Park and is in a quiet friendly residential street with free parking. Convenient for ATM, bakery, grocers, take-aways etc.

The room is large and fully furnished, with a comfortable double bed in excellent condition, and clothes storage. Washing and drying facilities available in the kitchen, large new fridge/freezer, gas cooker, and microwave.

25 mins walk into town & Brighton Station, with frequent nearby bus service into town. Preston Park Station 15 mins, London Road Station 10 mins. Broadband WiFi available. A separate cable TV set-top-box and/or telephone line can be made available with an additional payment of £9.50 & £11.50 per month respectively (Virgin Media cost)

Deposit is one months rent and the first months rent to be paid on moving in date. Thereafter the rent is paid by Direct debit. A reference from your employer (or agreed other) is required. No DSS please.
