We have a small double room available in a lovely "homely" home. The house is on 3 storys and has 3 bedrooms and a cat named Phil. You will be sharing with 2 clean and considerate housemates called Natalie and (me) Jason who are both in our 20's. We are looking for a working person around the age of 19-30, who is very clean, considerate and likes to socialise as well have quiet nights in.
Bills are not included in the rent and unfortunalty no couples.
