I have a lovely ground floor flat in the Fiveways area of Brighton which is a Victorian house conversion
There is only one quiet neighbour above and it is situated on a quiet, private road - non estate The flat has just been newly double glazed throughout and has recently had new work tops and kitchen sink fitted.
There is a bathroom with shower and there is a small front garden and small back yard area that I use as a patio.
The area is a pleasant quiet part of Brighton but is also close to bus stops, local shops and parks.
I would like to swap to a 1 bed property in Brighton or surrounding areas - Hove, Lewes etc but the property must have outside access for my cats - so a garden or patio.
