Chef De Partie Country Hotel
Our client is a charming country house with set in a historical town on the outskirts of Lewes in East Sussex that boasts a thriving banqueting trade and popular bar and restaurant serving freshly prepared food to a Rosette level.
Responsibilities for this role will include working alongside the talented Sous and Head Chef, you will be encouraged to have a creative input into menu planning, maintaining Food Hygiene and Health and Safety, ordering and preparing food from fresh locally sourced produce.
To apply for this position you will be a Chef de Partie with a hotel background where you have catered for Conference and Banqueting and Restaurant departments to a preferable to a Rosette level. You will also have a stable career history and a genuine passion for good quality food. As an individual you have bags of enthusiasm, a keen eye for detail and a creative flair in the kitchen combined with a mature and organised approach to your work.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business and a relatively new team that is looking to push the business forward. Our client is offering a salary between c£19'000, this is a live out position but temporary accommodation can be arranged.
