I'm looking for a housemate to share my lovely spacious, modern flat in central Burgess Hill. The room is a large double (unfurnished) where you will have access to pretty much your own bathroom! I have a large living room with a big comfy corner sofa, TV with Sky and WIFI. The kitchen is open plan to the living room with funky modern black units, fully fitted with a dishwasher, cooker, halogen hob etc. I also have a washing machine/tumble drier. The flat is 2 minutes walk from Burgess Hill station and literally 1 minute into the town centre, perfect location!


A little bit about me, I'm a single professional female, 23, fun-loving and caring, love a giggle! I enjoy going out, but love staying in too just chilling out cooking, reading or watching movies. I work in travel and commute on the train to work, working the odd shift here and there and some weekends too. I'm very easy going and just get on with everyone! Always keep the place nice and tidy too. I'm the kind of flatmate that loves to be social, but likes my own space too.


I am looking for a friendly, professional housemate with some similar interests. Preferably female, but willing to consider a male housemate upon meeting.



The rent is 387.50 per month before bills, and bills come to around £150-200 depending on what comes in! But it's never more than that.
