Role

The Telesales Advisor will be responsible for lead generation, list preparation, data cleansing and general sales support as and when required. The role includes working to clear sales targets and cold calling potential clients. The successful candidate will receive regular performance reviews and training to allow skill progression. The position also provides the opportunity of fantastic career progression into our Sales team who are responsible for managing accounts for our leading clients.

1. Promoting the company’s services by generating appointments for the Sales team and undertaking lead generation.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential Criteria

• A minimum of six months previous telesales experience in the business to business sector.
• Excellent communication skills
• Target driven
• A professional telephone manner
• Good team-working skills
• Adaptable
• Confident
• Desire and energy to succeed
• Numeric
• A background in IT Sales is also desirable
