PBR Group is a small local Brighton Based Company helping to recruit supply teachers for schools in West Sussex. We have been working with schools in Worthing especially middle schools years 3-7.
If you secure long term work in the schools you will be working as part of the team, involved in planning, staff meetings and after school clubs. You will be expected to plan, assess and mark children’s work.

Teacher must have Qualified Teacher Status in the UK, or an equivalent overseas qualification with UK teaching experience.
You will be committed to raising standards and have good organisational and interpersonal skills.

Candidate Specification:
• A highly motivated and excellent classroom practitioner in Key Stage 1/2
• Enthusiasm, energy and commitment to children of all abilities
• Ability to exercise professional leadership to secure high quality teaching

Skills, Knowledge and Aptitude:
• Experience of teaching in KS1/2
• Thorough understanding of the National Curriculum
• Ability to work within a close-knit, supportive team

Personal Attributes:
• Commitment to raising standards of learning
• Energy, Ambition and enthusiasm
• High level of self motivation
• Good Organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for Languages across a wide ability range
