Restaurant Manager needed for The Real Eating Company in Hove, an award-winning restaurant serving locally sourced, fresh and contemporary British fare.

This is a permanent and full-time position.

Job description:
• Maintain the highest standards of service at all time
• Oversee the efficient operation of the restaurant and management team
• Stock control, purchasing and meeting GP margins
• Motivate and develop existing staff
• Recruit, train and develop new team members
• Implement and maintain health & safety/food hygiene regulations
• Prepare weekly rotas
• Weekly management meetings

Applicants must:
• Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
• The personality to lead, coach, develop and motivate your team
• 1 or more years experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be eligible to work full time in the UK
• Provide references
