They are currently looking to employ a Financial Controller to ensure the day to day functions of the Accounts Department and to comply to the Company’s procedures and all UK statutory requirements. The role will also involve using Sage, Excel, Word and specialist hotel software. The main responsibilities are the daily banking reconciliations, purchase ledger, supplier payment runs, debt collection, payroll, journal entries, prepayments and accruals, VAT returns, and control account reconciliations. Additionally some personnel administration is required.
You must be self-reliant and happy to handle routine as well as complex work. The opportunity for further advancement will arise for the right candidate. A competitive salary will be paid commensurate with the skills being offered
